Windsor, VT – Jasmine Kate Sanville, 24, our bright and gentle light, was called home on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in Windsor. From the moment on June 30, 1998, when she came into this world, her mother Christina knew that Jasmine was special. Throughout her life she compassionately cared for her family and friends around her, was kind to all God's creatures, wise beyond her years, and had a smile that lit up the entire room. She also loved to have fun goofing around with her friends or enjoying the thrill of amusement park rides. She had an eclectic style all her own from her thrift shop wardrobe finds, to different styles of music, to her broad taste in literature…she liked what she liked, no matter what others thought. She volunteered anywhere she was needed at her Church, the library, or to take care of children. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and Faith community.

She is survived by her parents, Christina and Timothy Ockington, her brother, Jeremy Brooks, three cousins who were her "adopted" siblings, Parker, Skyler, and Jagger Tenney, her paternal grandparents, Dave Legacy and Simone Howard, all of Windsor; a special uncle with whom she shared a spiritual connection, Peter Ryback of Plymouth, NH; many other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Linda A. Ryback and Randy Brooks, her paternal uncle, Joseph Ockington and her dear cat, Mischief.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022, from 1 pm until time of service at 3 pm at Rachel S. Harlow UMC in Windsor. Memorial contributions may be made to the Rachael S. Harlow UMC: 165 Main Street, Windsor, VT 05089.
