Janet Elaine Vivian

Lebanon, New Hampshire-

Janet Elaine Vivian, 67, died Monday, September 23, 2013 at Hanover Terrace Nursing Home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 15, 1946 in Lyndonville, VT, the daughter Albert Charles and Lucille (Ladue) Taylor she was a member of the first graduating class at the Mascoma Valley Regional High School in 1964. She worked as a nurse's aid throughout the Upper Valley including Hanover Terrace, Brookside Nursing Home, Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital, Lebanon Center Genesis, and as a private duty nurse. She was married to William Vivian in 1969 they were later divorced.

Janet loved country music attending George Straight concerts, knitting, crocheting, sewing, going out dancing and camping, but what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family.

She is predeceased by William, her parents Albert Taylor and Lucille Sartwell and step-father Joseph Sartwell.

She is survived by two daughters Michelle Gratacos of Wilder, VT and Mary Digby-LaBelle of Lebanon, two step children Larry and Brian Vivian; and seven grandchildren.

A graveside memorial service will be held Friday, September 27 at 3PM at the Hartford Cemetery in White River Junction, VT with Pastor William Wittick Officiating. Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction has been entrusted with arrangements.
