James C. Hunter, 76, formerly of Brownsville, passed away Friday, September 3 in Gainesville, Florida.
He was born September 28, 1933 in Bellingham, MA the son of John L. and Amy Lois (Dean) Hunter.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Hunter was a retired Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Saatchi and Saatchi Worldwide, a member of the VFW, 4A's Advertising Group and a Bull Gator.
He was preceded in death by his son, James C. Hunter, Jr.
He is survived by his wife of fifty one years, Ethelmarie Hunter of Gainesville; daughter Annemarie Roman and her husband Paul-Peter Roman of Wilton, CT; son Andrew Hunter and his wife Claire Hunter of Darien, CT; niece, Linda Petty of Ludlow, VT; grandchildren, Olivia Roman, Emma Hunter and Conner Roman.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 11 at 12:00 PM at the Brownsville Community United Methodist Church in West Windsor with the Rev. Gregory Marshall, officiating. His family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service beginning at 11:00. Burial will be in the Brownsville Cemetery.
