Helen (Robinson) Knapp, 96, passed away peacefully with family at her side, on October 22, 2023, at Evarts House in Windsor, VT. She was born on July 28, 1927, in Ludlow, VT and was the daughter of Florence (Cameron) Robinson and Ralph Robinson Sr.

Our mom will be remembered for her kind heart, her feisty and funny nature, and above all, her unparalleled devotion to her family. She guided us by showing us the importance of family, loving attention, and hard work. She and her husband Charles were married in Bridgewater, VT on July 3rd, 1948, and raised two children, Fred and Pam. She also has three grandchildren, Jason, Anna, and Tim, and two great-grandsons, Galen and Caleb. All of us live in Vermont. We will hold her in our hearts for the rest of our lives. She will be deeply missed by all of us.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband, baby brother Lewis, nephew Jeffrey Robinson, and brother-in-law Edward Stevens.

She is survived by her children, grand-children, brothers Ralph Robinson Jr (wife Carolyn) and Gregory Robinson (wife Nancy); sisters Sondra (Robinson) Stevens and Jeanette (Perkins) Sawyer (husband Robert); nephews Adam Robinson, Lucas Robinson, Michael Sawyer, and Mark Sawyer; nieces Lisa (Robinson) Bellimer, Kasee Robinson, Kelly (Sawyer) Ferguson, and Donna (Evans) Hirsch; and many cousins.

We would like to give thanks to the Historic Homes of Runnemede in Windsor, VT where she resided at Evarts House for the last two years of her life. She received all the love and care we could have hoped for there. Special thanks to the staff that knew her best, Den, Chelsea, Linda, Dayle, Amy, and Nicole.

Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects to Helen at Knight Funeral in Windsor, VT on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 10 am until the ceremony at 11 am, with burial to follow in Riverside Cemetery in Woodstock.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Historic Homes of Runnemede (40 Maxwell Perkins Ln, Windsor, VT 05089) or a charity of your choice, in Helen's memory.
