HANOVER, NH - Grace M. Viverito, 87, formerly of Hartland, VT, died Friday, October 8th at Kendal at Hanover.
Born the daughter of Frank and Grace (Mastronardi) Viverito, Grace was born June 12, 1923 in New York City. She graduated from Bay Ridge High School in Brooklyn, NY and later from Drake Business College in Manhattan. After college, she worked as a bookkeeper in the television industry in New York City for Peakskill Enterprises, Jackie Gleason's production company. A long time resident of Old Westbury, Long Island, Grace moved to Hartland, Vermont in 1981, where she lived until moving to Kendal at Hanover in 2004.
She was an active member of St. Anthony's Church in White River Jct., and enjoyed cooking, crafts, and sewing.
She is predeceased by her sister Anita Viverito, who died in 2009. She is survived by a Brother, Frank of Whiting, New Jersey, as well as several nephews.
Friends may call from 2-4PM on Sunday October 10th at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Anthony's Church in White River Jct. Burial will be in the Cemetery of the Holy Rood, Westbury, NY at the convenience of the family.
