Wilder, VT - Geneva E. Conrad, 83, passed away in Lebanon, NH on Sunday, July 20, 2014 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Hanover, NH on February 12, 1931, a daughter of the late Joseph and Cecelia (Mallock) LaBelle. She graduated from Hartford High School in 1949. After graduation she married the love of her life, Norman Conrad, on November 17, 1951; they were married 63 years.

She worked for several years at Dan-and-Whits in Norwich , VT, finally retiring from Dartmouth College Upholstery Department in Hanover, NH in 1992.

Geneva was a member of the University Grange in Norwich. She had many loves including camping, gardening, reading, crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles, bingo, classical music, and spending valuable time with family and friends.

Surviving family members include her loving husband Norman Conrad; their three sons Douglas Conrad (Barbara), Stephen Conrad (Lori-Ann), Donald Conrad (Jean); four grandchildren Christopher Conrad (Lisa), Angela Conrad-Ferland (Dale), Jonathon Conrad (Megan), Jennifer Conrad; 9 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and her cat Lilly. She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
