Faustina S. Barrett, 93, a former longtime resident of Windsor, passed away Monday evening, November 9 at Valley Terrace Assisted Living in Wilder.
She was born October 30, 1922 in Windsor. She received her schooling in Woodstock and Norwell, MA. She graduated from Norwell High School. She married John J. Barrett, Jr. on December 20, 1940 in Whitman, MA. He passed away in 1975.
Survivors include two sons, Robert R. Barrett of Hartland, VT and John S. Barrett of Feeding Hills, MA.
Visitation will be held Tuesday afternoon, November 17 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Knight Funeral Home in Windsor. The funeral service will begin at 3:00 PM with the Rev. Paul Sawyer, Pastor of the First Universalist Church in Hartland Four Corners, officiating. Burial will follow in the Hartland Village Cemetery.
The family wishes to acknowledge and thank Valley Terrace Assisted Living and Bayada Hospice and many others for providing comfort and care for Faustina during her final days. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
