Windsor, VT - It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our dear sweet sister Ethel G Howe, 70.

She resided at the Historic Homes of Runnemede for the last 9 years.

Ethel was born on August 13, 1953, in Claremont NH.  She is the youngest daughter of Donald and Arlene Howe.

Ethel faced many obstacles in her life but met them all head on with no complaints.  She loved to laugh and make others laugh.  She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts.

She is predeceased by Father Donald A Howe, Mother Arlene P Rumrill/Howe, brothers Donald A Howe, Jr, and Lyle M Howe.

She is survived by three sisters and two brothers.  Dale A Odette, Sheila R Jackson, Cheryl R Buchanan, Almont L Howe, and Mark A Howe.
