Dorothy M. George, 76, a resident of White River Jct., and a former longtime resident of Windsor passed away Sunday morning, March 4 at the Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, NH.
She was born January 6, 1936 in Windsor the daughter of Charles and Ruth (Currier) Buckman. She received her schooling in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School. She married Robert Bessette in 1953 and they were later divorced. She married Thomas Kinsman in Claremont, NH in 1981 and he passed away in 1994. She married Reginald George in Enfield, NH in 1998 and he passed away in 2006.
Dorothy was a very private person and enjoyed spending time with her family at family outings.
She was predeceased by her parents and seven siblings.
Survivors include, three daughters, Patricia Berwick of Derry, NH, Shirley Day of West Lebanon, NH and Corinne Coursey of Canaan, NH, one son, Robert Bessette of Titusville, FL, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held in the spring in the Ascutney Cemetery in Windsor at the convenience of her family.
The Knight Funeral Home in Windsor is entrusted with the arrangements.
