Donald B Bedell

White River Junction, VT – Donald B. Bedell, 68, died Friday February 20, 2026, at home in White River Jct. following a brief illness.

He was born December 11, 1957, in Windsor, VT a son of Bernard and Beatrice (Temple) Bedell. Donnie grew up in Windsor and graduated from Windsor High School. He was married to Cyrena Woodward in 1978, and they lived in Hartland before moving to White River Jct. where he has lived since. Donnie was a dedicated school bus driver for many years, first with Windsor schools and more recently with Student Transportation of America where he worked until his illness no longer allowed him to.

In his free time, he loved spending time with his family especially his two boys and his four grandchildren, Samantha, Chrystina, Landyn and Hazel.

He was predeceased by his four brothers, David, Gordon, Robert and Eugene Bedell as well as a sister Phyllis Remick.

Donnie leaves his wife, Cyrena of White River Jct. and two sons Kenneth Bedell and his girlfriend, Kristi Nunn and John Bedell and his Fiancé, Ellen Reed all of Wilder; four grandchildren; two sisters Betty Eubanks of Lebanon and Shirley Hart of Southfield, MA as well as many niece and nephews.`

A private family gathering was held at the Knight Funeral Home.
