WINDSOR, VT
Deborah J. Robertson, 44, a resident of Windsor, passed away Tuesday morning, July 27, at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon following a brief illness.
She was born May 17, 1966 in Hanover, NH the daughter of Dennis J. and Carol (Gove) Gobin. She received her schooling in Plainfield and Keene, NH. She graduated from Keene High School in 1984 and attended nursing school in Keene. She married Terry Sams in Keene and they were later divorced. She married Bruce Robertson in Windsor on May 2, 2001. She was employed at Lance Electronics in Windsor for several years. She most recently did housekeeping and assisted many elderly persons in the Windsor area.
She was a member of the American Legion Post #25 Auxiliary in Windsor and the Windsor Elks Lodge #1665. She enjoyed plants and animals. She also enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her children.
She was predeceased by her mother.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce Robertson of Windsor, her father, Dennis Gobin and his longtime companion, Bette Petrucelli of Plainfield, NH, one son, Terry Sams of Lebanon, NH, one daughter, Amanda Labounte and her husband, Mathew of Plainfield, NH, two sisters, Rebecca of Surry, NH and Cathy Gobin of Windsor.
At her request a celebration of her life with be held Saturday, July 31 from 12:00 Noon to 4:00PM at the Windsor Elks Lodge at 156 Main Street in Windsor.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Upper Valley Humane Society at 300 Old Route 10, Enfield, NH 03748.
