IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Conrad "Connie"
Lee Richardson
January 30, 1945 – February 25, 2023
Windsor, VT – Conrad "Connie" Lee Richardson, 78, a lifelong resident of Windsor, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family in the early morning of Saturday, February 25, 2023. Connie was born on January 30, 1945, to Frederick B. and Elizabeth A. (Spaulding) Richardson and graduated from Windsor High School in 1963. He served in the Army during the Vietnam era, but was not deployed overseas. Upon returning home, he began his work career at Goodyear but after 23 years he transitioned to New Jersey Tool in Lebanon until his retirement in 2011. Connie was an avid outdoorsman, hiking and hunting the forests and mountains and found peace in fishing for small mouth bass in the clear, cool waters. He treasured the summers at Newfound Lake and for years they returned to that special spot, right on the water, to fish, swim, and enjoy family.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Mae Richardson (Griswold); four children, Michelle Marcinkowski, Marcy Fifield and husband Myric, Matthew Richardson, and Keith Richardson; one sister, Barbara Dubee and husband Eugene; four grandchildren, Thomas, Taylor, Abigeal, and Lily; other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Duane Richardson.
At Connie's request, there will not be any services. Memorial donations may be made to the Dartmouth Cancer Center (formerly the Norris Cotton Cancer Center).
