Colby A. Shambo, 24, died unexpectedly on Monday December 17, 2018.

He was born May 22, 1994 in Lebanon, NH a son of William Shambo and Jennifer Bergeron. Colby grew up and attended school in Lebanon before moving to Strafford, Vermont starting his freshman year at Thetford Academy, graduating in 2012. He enjoyed being outdoors and has worked as a landscaper for the past several years.

Colby was an avid fisherman, on the streams and lakes in the summer and on the ice in the winter. He also enjoyed listening to country music and time on his snowmobile every winter.

He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Eastman and her partner Brian Hardy of New Port Richey, FL; his father William A. Shambo of Wilder, VT; half brothers Nicholas Bergeron of Enfield, NH and Ryan Gunzinger of Turner, ME; paternal grandparents Bill and Phyllis Shambo of Hartford; maternal grandfather Richard Berg of New Port Richey, FL and an aunt Sue Shambo of Wilder.  He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Suzanne Berg and an uncle David Berg.

A visitation will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., on Saturday December 22 ^nd from noon to 2PM with a funeral service following at 2PM.
