Obituary
White River Jct., VT – Carson Allen Smith was born at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH on February 3rd and died due to complications of a rare genetic disorder on February 8th at the Boston Children's Hospital.
Carson was survived by his parents Kyle and Elizabeth (Ashline) Smith, paternal grandparents David Smith of Lebanon and Kimberly MacMillan and her husband Tom of West Lebanon; maternal grandparents Denise Bouchard and her husband Duane of Hartland, VT and Randy Ashline and his wife Betty of Hartland, VT.
A funeral service will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. on Saturday at 1PM with burial following in the West Lebanon Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the NICU at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, One Medical Center Drive, Lebanon, NH 03756 or Boston Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Avenue Boston, MA 02115.
