Bradford, VT - Carolyn M. Hartling, 81, died Friday January 19, 2018 at Valley Terrace Assisted Living in Wilder, VT.
She was born May 17, 1936 in Roslindale, MA a daughter of William H. and Hazel (McKay) Morris. She was married to Arnold E. Hartling and they made their home in Hopkinton and Holliston, MA before settling in Somersworth, NH where they raised a family and lived for over 30 years. Carolyn worked at the shoe factory in South Berwick, ME for many years and later as a clerk at the Care Pharmacy in Somerworth. In 2005 the Hartlings moved to Bradford, VT.
She enjoyed square dancing with her husband and loved spending time with her grandchildren especially cooking with them.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arnold, and a son Ronald Hartling.
She leaves her children Bonnie Yamamoto and her husband Rob of Rockford, MI, Eric Hartling and his girl friend Angel Stone of Hartford, VT and Heidi Pittman and her husband Michael of Bradford, VT; grandchildren Brandon, Brodie and Robyn Yamamoto and Kodie, Kyle and Kolton Pitman as well as a great granddaughter, Madi.
