Bruce C. Hallock, SR.,77, passed away peacefully after a long illness on March 22, 2015, born on September 18, 1937, in Starksboro, VT the son of the late Dorothy Ayer and Grant Hallock. Bruce was predeceased by two sons Bruce Hallock J.R and Barry Hallock and daughter Paula Pecor.
He is survived by his wife Joann (Ploof) Hallock of 58 years, of Barre and his children.

Bradley Hallock his wife Nicole and their children Emma-Lee and Elizabeth of Williamstown,
Harold Hallock S.R his wife Kimm and their children Ashley, Harold Jr, Matthew and his fiance Tamara and their child Hunter of Groton,
Daughters, Pamela Lamphear her husband Robert, their children Jonathan and his wife Jamie, Heather Flood, and her husband Grant of Montpelier,
Patsy Golebiowski her husband Stefan of Barre their children Jason Lincoln of Williston, and Jennifer Lincoln and her husband Michael Thayer and family of Barre.
Sherrill Hallock and fiance Chad Swann of Braintree and their son Jace.
He leaves behind a step mother, Kathryn Hallock of Duxbury, Two sisters, Joanne Ather of South Carolina,
Joyce Hallock of Weybridge VT, two step-brothers, Gregory Hallock of Montpelier and Guy Hallock of Duxbury.
He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, cousins and great grand children which he loved deeply.

He worked as a laborer, a mason, and at a lumber mill. He was an avid hunter, Fisherman, and trapper, he enjoyed wildlife. He also enjoyed gardening but most of all spending time with his family, talking Politics and giving great words of wisdom. Bruce will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Their will be no calling hours at the request of the family. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction assisted with arrangements.
