Plainfield, NH- Beverly L. Morse, 84, died Tuesday, July 5, 2022, at her home, surrounded by her family.

Beverly was born October 16, 1937 in Addison, VT, the daughter of John & Susie (Carpenter) Landry. She grew up in Claremont, NH and graduated from Stevens High School in 1955. She went to work for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in Windsor, VT where she worked in quality control, retiring in 1987. Beverly was married to John C. Morse on April 26, 1958 in Meriden, NH. They made their home in Plainfield where they raised their family and have lived ever since.

Beverly was a member of the Plainfield Quilting Group. She was always creating with her hands. Her many interests included making quilts for the homeless in New York City, along with crocheting, knitting, needlepoint and sewing. She enjoyed playing Bingo, loved to bowl and was on a bowling team for many years. Beverly was also an avid reader and was a serious coin collector. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her grandchildren. She made sure each one of them had a quilt, custom made by her, for their high school graduation.

Beverly is survived by her loving husband, John, of over 64 years, a son, Michael Morse and his wife Barb, of Peterborough, NH; three daughters, Kim Lindemann of Antioch, CA, Tamra Morse and her partner, Craig of Stanfield, AZ, & Debra Morse and her partner, Buzz of Quechee, VT; seven grandchildren, Casey & Cody Thayer, Bill & Jim Morse, Brian Wood, Danielle & John Lindemann; two great-grandchildren, Kayden & Dawson DeVaney; a brother, Ervin Landry and his wife, Alice of Windsor, CT, and several nieces and nephews including Larry Morse and his wife, Maureen.

A graveside service will be held at 1PM on Sunday, July 17, 2022 in the Plain Cemetery in Plainfield, NH. Knight Funeral Home in Windsor has been entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to Beverly's family in an online guestbook at www.knightfuneralhomes.com
