Betty A. Preston, 67, a resident of White River Jct., passed away Friday evening, June 28, at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon.
She was born May 15, 1946 in Great Barrington, MA the daughter of Roland and Ruth (Thompson) Nourse. Betty enjoyed watching movies and was fond of spending time with her cat "Jennie".
She was predeceased by her parents, three brothers, Stanley Fuller, Kenneth Nourse and Peter Nourse, and three sisters, Beverly Revere, Ruth Kellogg, and Mabel Menard.
Survivors include her longtime companion, John Grant of White River Jct., one brother, George Nourse of Sierra Vista, AZ one sister, Thelma Nourse of Three Rivers, MA, Several nieces and nephews.
At her request there will be no public services. The Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. assisted with the arrangements.
