Obituary
St. Johnsbury, VT - Betty Hosford, 57, died unexpectedly Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at Northeastern Medical Center in St. Johnsbury.
She was born April 26, 1958 in Claremont, NH. She grew up in Winsor and attended the local schools. She moved for a time to Florida where she worked in several restaurants and later as a construction laborer. She returned to Vermont and worked for a time at BJ's in West Lebanon until moving to St. Johnsbury.
Betty is predeceased by her mother Madeline (Taylor) Thurston.
She is survived by her loving husband Garry Hosford; a daughter Sabrina Bemis Getty; and a -granddaughter, Tameka Bemis all of St. Johnsbury.
A private graveside service will be held in the Hartland Village Cemetery at a later date.
