Obituary

Hartford, VT- Bernard "Buddy" Druge, 55, died unexpectedly Monday, January 13, 2020 at his home of natural causes.

Buddy was born August 13, 1964 in Lebanon, NH a son of Charles and Sue C (Willey) Druge. He attended Hartford High School and after leaving school he went to work at Wendy's in West Lebanon, NH for a time. He later worked for G&S Trucking in Plainfield, NH and UniFirst before going to work as a press operator for the Valley News in Lebanon for the past 23 years. Buddy met the love of his life Sandi Renehan  August 4, 1986 on the front lawn of the American Legion in White River Junction, VT. They were married on August 6, 2005.

Buddy loved to sing and make people smile, his awkward dancing brought a smile to everyone's face, he enjoyed sports and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR especially Chase Eliott. Buddy  liked to tinker with electronics and build things. he loved to go on road trips to the highest roller coasters or Foxwoods Casino, Buddy loved to shoot pool and was good at it,  his love for music was the blues, he loved Joe cocker, Stevie Ray Vaughn,  during karaoke he was known for singing Woolly Bully, and Mustang Sally.  His greatest joys came from spending time with family, his cat Dallas and bunny Oreo

He is predeceased by his mother Sue Druge and father-in-law Duke Renehan.

He is survived by his beloved wife Sandi Druge of Hartford, a son Tylor Druge and his wife Nora of Iraan, TX, a daughter Tarin Sarazin six grandchildren Dakota,Cheyenne, Blake, Dylan, Lucas and Alianna two brothers Dion Druge and wife Lena, Chris Druge and his wife Bethany of White River Junction; three sisters Sonya Clifford-Lambert and her husband Danny, Victoria Bills all of White River Junction, and Dee Druge of Canaan, NH; his favorite mother-in-law Sheila Regione; several aunts and uncles including Donna and Richard Mullins and Jeff and Donna Martin; several nieces nephews and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held Saturday, January 18 at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction from 10am-Noon immediately followed by a funeral service at  the funeral home. A reception will follow at the White River Junction Veterans of Foreign Wars Hall. Burial will be in the West Hartford Cemetery at a later date. Please wear your favorite  Dallas Cowboys apparel.
