Barbara Jean Rodgers, 65, formerly of White River Junction, VT died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at her home.
She was born November 24, 1950 in Hanover, NH the daughter of Donald and Margaret (Kimball) Adams. She graduated from Hartford High School class of 1968. She was married to Calvin Rodgers in 1980. She worked around the Upper Valley as CNA but she spent most of her time at Brookside Nursing Home in Wilder. Calvin died in 1995 and she later moved to Virginia.
Family was important to Barbara so she enjoyed things they all could do together especially the Stock Car racing at the local speedways.
She is survived by two daughters Laurie Dole of Saginaw, MI and Allyson Mac Omber of Dayton, OH; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Ed Kimball two sisters, Marian Wimett of White River Junction and Nancy Maxham of Cocoa, FL.
Visiting hours will be held Saturday, October 10 at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Junction from 3-5PM. Private burial services will be held in the Havens Cemetery in South Royalton, VT.
