Alstead, NH- Anna L. Luce, 95, of Cooper Hill Road, died, Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Elmwood Center of Claremont, NH.
Anna was born February 21, 1925 in Lyme, NH, she was a daughter of William and Elizabeth Harriman. She grew up in Lyme and graduated from Lebanon High School class of 1943. She was Married to Wallace Luce on November 3, 1945 in Quechee, VT, where they made their home for a time before moving to White River Junction where they lived most of their married lives on Connecticut River Road while raising their family. Anna worked as an operator for New England Telephone and Telegraph, she later worked as a teller at the First National Bank in White River Junction. They moved to Walpole, Keene and Swanzey. Anna and her husband enjoyed driving school bus for the Monadnock Keene School district.
Anna is predeceased by her husband Wallace and four children, Wesley, Wayne,Marcus and Linda.
She is survived by her children Sandra A. Morancy of Claremont, William A. Luce of Rockingham, VT and Brian T. Luce of Woodruff, SC; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; a brother William Harriman of West Lebanon.
A graveside service will be held at a later date in the West Lebanon Cemetery where Anna will be put to rest beside her son Wesley and husband Wallace.
