White River Junction, VT – Ann Pfeiffer Robinson, 74, died at her home on Monday, August 7, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Ann was born on May 13, 1949, in Vancouver, WA to Forrest and Barbara Ann (Moore) McClellan and spent her early life in Oregon. As a young adult, she enjoyed pursuing new experiences and meeting interesting people during her extensive travels through the western US, especially California and Hawaii.  One of the people she met on her travels would become her husband; the two moved back to Oregon to start a family but later parted ways. In pursuit of a master's degree, she and her children made their way from the northwest to the northeast, living for a time in White River Junction and Quechee while she attended Colby Sawyer College and Antioch University.  She was a talented quilter and horticulturist, creating and caretaking beautiful natural spaces for human and animals alike to feel at home in.

Throughout her life's journey, she found solace in helping others as a substance abuse counselor and through AA. So many lives were altered for the better because she truly cared for and helped to set people on a road towards improvement.

She is survived by two sons Jason Pfeiffer and wife Tricia of White River Junction and Seth Pfeiffer and wife Kelly of Dallas, TX; one daughter Rose Pfeiffer of Quechee, VT; five grandchildren Max, Zoe, Malia, Bradley, and Seth; other relatives and many friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Forrest McClellan and Barbara Ann Moore; two brothers Richard and Robert McClellan; and one sister Kathleen McClellan.

A Celebration of Ann's life will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, September 17, 2023, at 187 Morrill Bend, Quechee, VT.
