North Hartland, VT – Angela Marie "Red" Sweet, 36, died December 12, 2022, at her home in North Hartland, VT. Angela was born to Gary and Lisa (Smith) Sweet on September 26, 1986, in Lebanon, NH.

Angela attended grade school in Hartland, VT and graduated from Hartford High School in 2005.

Angela gave birth to her pride and joy, her beloved daughter, Lilli in July of 2008. Angela loved the races at Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, VT when her nephew Blake was seventeen and started racing there and she just loved to watch him race!

Angela was very talented. She did so many things. She loved carpentry and was very good at it. A skill she picked up working side by side with her dad, who was also her favorite hunting buddy. She would help anybody at anytime and was an extremely giving person.

Angela loved her dogs! She had two, Daisy and Luke and they were like children to her.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Neil and Vena Sweet, her maternal grandparents, Harold and Ida Smith and an uncle, Stephen Smith with whom she was very close.

Angela is survived by her parents, Gary and Lisa Sweet of North Hartland, VT, her daughter, Lilli Sweet of North Hartland, VT, a sister, Erica Sweet of North Hartland, VT, two nephews, Blake and Brock Buccellato and great niece, Kylee Buccellato.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, December 18, from 12-2PM at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct., VT. A memorial service will be held that same day at 2PM, immediately following calling hours.
