Alda N. Terino

Enfield, NH – Alda N. Terino, 75, died Thursday December 3, 2015 at home, surrounded by her family.

She was born September 27, 1940 in Marshfield, VT a daughter of Lorenzo and Jennie (Mears) Dunn. Alda graduated from Hartford High School before beginning her career as an operator at New England Telephone and Telegraph in White River Jct. She married Jerry Terino May 12, 1962 and they made their home in White River Jct. for many years. They moved to Enfield Center in 1989, where they have lived since.

Mrs. Terino was the past chair of the Upper Valley Chapter of the Fresh Air Fund. She enjoyed crafts, especially knitting and in her younger years also enjoyed bowling.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Jerry and two sons Jerry and Jeffrey Terino all of Enfield Center; her grandchildren, Jerry, Dylan, Nick and Justina; two sisters Patricia Pippin of Lyme, NH and Pamela Michetti of TN; a brother David Dunn of Grafton, NH as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Knight Funeral Home in White River Jct. on Monday December 7th from 6-8PM. A funeral service will be held Tuesday December 8th at 11am at the funeral home with burial to follow in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
